航空器乘客喝酒/醉酒鬧事的新聞，已經不新鮮。英美澳洲各國飛機駕駛因酒精超量而禁止駕駛或者被判刑，也是如此。
上週，日航駕駛因醉酒被禁航，讓日本當局要訂定通行的酒精含量標準。
日本目前由各公司自行訂定駕駛員的血液中酒精含量之規定，現在要全國統一規定。
