特斯拉汽車公司面臨嚴重阻力 品牌嚴重受損。Elon Musk「爆發內鬨」那筆 $550 億美元（約新台幣 1.7 兆）天價薪酬方案法律戰 20251205

 新消息：特斯拉成功讓馬斯克（Elon Musk）那筆 $550 億美元（約新台幣 1.7 兆）天價薪酬方案「直接作廢」的法律團隊，在案件即將進入 最終拍板定案 的關鍵時刻，竟然「爆發內鬨」了。

👉BLB&G 律師事務所的兩位首席合夥人，也就是扳倒特斯拉（Tesla）執行長、打贏這場世紀官司 的核心人物：Greg Varallo 和 Jeroen van Kwawegen，現在成了這場 「分家」風暴 中 立場完全相反 的人。
👉Van Kwawegen 已經被事務所「開除」，現在他自立門戶 成立了競爭對手的事務所，還把整個公司治理團隊都帶走全部人馬。而另一位被譽為馬斯克訴訟案「總設計師」的 Varallo，則選擇留守 BLB&G。
👉消息人士透露，Varallo 決定留下來的考量很「現實」，很可能就是因為他的合約規定他必須留在事務所，才能拿到這場馬斯克案的律師費分紅。
這場內部大「撕裂」發生的時間點超級敏感，因為德拉瓦州最高法院的最終裁決「隨時都可能出爐」。
這項裁決將對馬斯克 $550 億美元薪酬方案是否「永久取消」 做出最後的定奪。
💥它同時也會決定是否批准那筆 $3.45 億美元（約新台幣 110 億）的律師費。雖然這筆費用（大部分將歸 BLB&G 所有）已經被初審法院從律師團隊原先提出、引發極大爭議 的 $70 億美元特斯拉股票 大幅「砍價」，但它仍是德拉瓦州史上最高的一筆律師費。
儘管團隊鬧得雞飛狗跳，BLB&G 律師事務所仍掛保證，強調只要有 Varallo 留下來，他們就保有「世界級」的訴訟戰力，絕對有能力把這場特斯拉官司「走完」，直到圓滿落幕。
