Hewlett-Packard (HP) announced on October 6th that it would split into two companies, one selling personal computers (PCs) and printers, HP Inc, and the other focused on serving corporate clients, Hewlett Packard Enterprise. The latter of these will probably need to grow by acquisition once again to compete as a standalone entity. Future takeover deals may already be in the works http://econ.st/1y5pcYx
