專家:台灣應借鑑新加坡

陳時中28日表示,台灣本波疫情的觀察期為「10天左右」。有鑑於香港經驗,有記者提問長者施打率等問題,陳時中表示台灣目前的情況「比香港(當時)條件好」。

對於台灣近期疫情走向,美國奧勒岡州立大學全球衛生中心主任紀駿輝在接受德國之聲訪問時表示,「台灣應該要多向新加坡學習。」並指出台灣的老人疫苗施打率與醫療資源分配兩大重點。

紀駿輝稱,台灣各界目前還是著重關心案例數,但參照新加坡與南韓都是「病例一直暴增很多」,但「重症跟死亡率非常低。」面對解封,新加坡是從去年8月開始規劃逐步開放,「是做好準備才開放,不是隨便說開放就開放。」

紀駿輝進一步解釋,當時新加坡的疫苗施打率已是全亞洲最高,包含如何廣泛運用居家檢測跟居家隔離、如何把醫院量能準備好,萬一有需要,優先提供給長者,「這些措施都是在準備要開放時需要做的。香港就是完全沒做準備,就忽然被Omicron侵略了,所以它的防疫便一敗塗地。」

「中國當然是從香港學到教訓,所以他有開始做準備,但也不敢開放。」紀駿輝指出,台灣「因為老人疫苗施打率不足,人口自然免疫率也不足,所以這也是為何台灣遲遲不敢開放。」

上海分區分批封控以遏制疫情擴散
