據北京財新網今天引述鐘南山說，“無症狀感染者也具有傳染性，應該更加注意兩類無症狀感染者：確診人員的密切接觸者和來自重點疫區的人員”。鐘南山並指出，“疫情在有些國家擴散很快，一天就增加1萬病例，這是個大問題”。他強調，“如果一些國家控制不了疫情爆發，就會給全世界帶來災難，沒有哪個國家能置身事外，這是我最擔心的”。

無症狀感染者對武漢肺炎疫情的影響漸受重視，中共中央應對新冠肺炎疫情工作領導小組日前要求加大對無症狀感染者的篩查力度；國家衛健委則自4月1日起，在每日疫情通報中公佈無症狀感染者相關情況。據官方今天通報，中國31個省（自治區、直轄市）和新疆生產建設兵團2日報告新增60例無症狀感染者，其中境外輸入7例；當日轉為確診的有7例，皆是境外輸入；解除醫學觀察101例（5例境外輸入）；尚在醫學觀察的無症狀感染者1027例（221例境外輸入）。

中國政府目前雖尚未將無症狀感染者列為確診，但無症狀感染者已具傳染力，中國疾控中心流行病學首席專家吳尊友昨天在“疫情防控與醫療國際合作”記者會表示，無症狀感染者的傳播效率約相當於確診病例的1/3，造成流行的可能性很小。

中央社說，不過，寧波市疾病預防控制中心傳染病防治所陳奕等專家稍早前曾發表論文說，2019冠狀病毒疾病無症狀感染者的傳染率與出現症狀的確診患者不相上下，與病毒帶原者接觸的人群中，家人、進香客的被感染率最高。

其實無症狀傳來傳去，一定會冒出有症狀，所以說如果無症狀很多，有症狀也會多起來，但台灣現狀並非如此。鍾南山說無症狀不會引起疫情大爆發，道理在此。雖然如此，中國大陸也開始擔心無症狀，因為武漢就要解封城。這兩天媒體都在講中國大陸冒出無症狀，眉角在此：今天湖北新增了55例無症狀，但竟然有症狀新增病例依然是0，這是違背臨床表現的數字。中國大陸目前仍有一千出頭無症狀，其中以湖北為大宗，顯然跟有症狀病例有所相關。以目前仍有一千多例住院病例來看，無症狀似乎數目差不多，因此從頭到尾可能有七、八萬例無症狀沒被列在確診病例裡。很可能現在也有少數確診病例，但沒被列出來。~~沈政男 2020.4.2

沈政男："無症狀比例有多少？這是老問題了，今天美國CDC主任說至多有25%，這是低估了，大部分研究都說極輕症與無症狀加起來高於50%。今天台灣有專家說用死亡人數回推，這就是我用的方法，比如以美國目前死亡人數3,810來算，如果知道致死率，就可以回推感染人數，裡頭就包含無症狀人數。比如致死率如果是0.5%，那麼美國現在就有70多萬人感染，但目前確診只有18萬多，其他都是無症狀。"沈政男 2020.4.1

Conditions for discharge include three days of normal body temperature, an absence of respiratory problems, and a significant improvement in the chest lesions which are a feature of the disease. Patients must also test negative in two consecutive PCR tests – the swab technique which identifies any remaining genetic material of the virus – conducted at least one day apart.
