荷蘭商艾斯摩爾（
ASML
）是全球半導體前段製程關鍵設備領導商，今天在位於臺南的南部科學園區，正式啟用斥資4.7億元打造的「EUV全球技術培訓中心」，我們的代理代表貝莉莎和經濟部部長王美花、臺南市副市長趙卿惠、南部科學園區局長林威呈，一起與ASML全球副總裁暨臺灣區總經理陳文光見證開幕。
全新的培訓中心占地約1625平方公尺，有EUV機台的模組和完整的訓練課程，包括在無塵室練習機台操作。目前有14位講師，估計每年可提供數千小時課程，為ASML和客戶培訓360名 EUV 技術工程師。
Dutch company ASML, the leading provider of lithography systems for the semiconductor industry, announced the opening of its Global EUV (Extreme Ultraviolet) Technology Training Center in Tainan today. Our acting Representative Ms. Lisette Hurkmans-Berkers joined Minister Wang Mei-Hua of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Deputy Mayor Zhao Qing-Hui of Tainan City, and Director-General Lin Wei-Cheng of the Southern Taiwan Science Park to open the center with Mark Ting, manager of ASML Taiwan.
Located in the Tainan Science Park, this 1,625 m2 new Global EUV Technology Training Center features actual EUV machine modules and comprehensive training courses, including machine operating practice in the cleanroom. Currently there are 14 trainers to provide thousands of hours of training courses per year. ASML expects to develop 360 EUV engineers for both internal and customer per year.
