中國3百萬留學生留在海外："經濟管理學院"

我對於中國3百萬留學生留在海外一事，不太感興趣 (雖然中研院某所的創始首長曾說，以後的所長人選，不易找得到台灣的留美學者了......)。有趣的是這張中國某校的"經濟管理學院"字眼，很有中國特色，因為中國公務員系統一向以"經濟師"為主，"管理"是改革開放的事。
